Finally, creating a dedicated page for my "Kitchen Creations" to share with you, Let's bring taste of Banaras to Greater Sacramento.
Banaras (Varanasi or Kashi as you may know it as) is famous for it's street food-Golgappa (Pani Poori), Litti Chokha, Kachori-Jalebi are some to name. Few months back, started making Pani Poori ka paani and filling for friends and it became so popular that I started getting orders almost every other day. Added Litti (Baati) Chokha to the list and would gradually add more based on demand.
