I love that .bell.wayman found me on the Midtown Swaperoo! A fellow NC Alum, I am thrilled to assist as Day of Coordinator for her 40th Birthday so she can relax and enjoy herself!

COhatch Broad Ripple is such a cool space located in a renovated church across from the canal in Broad Ripple and is available to rent for events! If you are looking to have a conference, corporate event or birthday celebration please let me know if I can help!

It was a beautiful day for a wedding yesterday!💕

I had the honor of being Day of Coordinator for a lovely couple from Chicago who found each other and fell in love during COVID.

Most of the couples I have assisted have been from out of state. Young professionals, engulfed in their careers with little time left to plan their own wedding. I have happily stepped in to take this task off their list to do and made sure their vision and expectations of their most special day are up to their standards.

It felt good to be back at one of my preferred venues doing what I love to do. Thanks to the whole team of vendors who helped make this day go seamlessly. I hope to have the opportunity to work with all of you again in the future!

I was proud to be with this team of amazing women today supporting other women. It was a wonderful day spent listening to these powerhouse leaders in real estate. It is always a pleasure working at the where I have been involved at for the last several years. I love working in my community, surrounded by so many strong and empowering women, doing what I love to do!

Last spring, I had the opportunity to work with
at our school fundraiser. I was honored when the owner asked me to fill in for her so she could enjoy her niece’s wedding.
This was the first event at newest location at the Stutz Building. It is a beautiful space and the renovation happening at Stutz is going to be the next Bottleworks with some of my favorite places including , and coming later this fall! It was a pleasure getting to know the owners of Vision Loft and their event planner. I know so much heart and soul went into this project. I hope to be back soon!

It was a pleasure assisting my clients in the final stretch of their preparations. When you are used to planning the whole wedding and being onsite for the entire event this one was a piece of cake! If you want to enjoy your wedding day, it is so important to have a day of coordinator to be onsite for vendor deliveries and setup so you don’t have to worry with all those last minute details. Today was especially special to be coordinating a wedding on my parents 50th wedding anniversary.💕

We had at great Indiana Small Business Connection & ISB EXPO yesterday at The Nest Event Center! I was especially moved by our keynote speaker Perfect Pitches by Precious, LLC success story. I look forward to working with some of the small businesses I met for future events.

The new sign was installed today at the Irvington Event Center! I have been working with Central Indiana Real Estate Investors Association for the last several years and have watched the transformation of the old Farm Bureau Insurance Building into an industrial event venue. This space is perfect for corporate events, live entertainment, weddings and more. Let me know if I can assist with planning your next event here!

Wedding weekend is here! Timeline is finalized, wedding preparations are in full gear and I have any last minute emergencies covered. So happy for the bride and groom that the sun will be shinning on their special day. Let’s do this!

The first wedding I ever coordinated was on May 4, 2017. I was the Event Planner at Morty’s Comedy Joint at the time and we were located at the old Don Pablos on 86th St. It still had a cantina vibe that my clients were going for their Star Wars wedding. It was really well done for a themed wedding on a budget and even Jabba the Hut was in attendance!

Now after 3 years of starting my business, I will be coordinating my 6th wedding this Saturday! I have had the most wonderful experience with all of my couples and look forward to doing more coordinating and day of coordinating in the future. May the 4th be with you!

My clients aren’t going to let a little rain and 50 degree weather put a damper on their surprise retirement party. At least it isn’t snowing! Thank you Ace Party Rental for hooking us up with heaters and sides for this beautiful tent to keep everyone comfortable.

I just got asked to coordinate a retirement party and I have a Day of Coordination coming up in May. I can’t tell you how good it feels to be planning an event again! It is also so nice to be working with some of my favorite vendors Ace Party Rental Bittersweet again!
