In September, I started the 12 week HBA advanced course. My goal: making more music, finishing tracks and connect with others in the scene. Every Saturday, I dived into theory & practical work.

Structure:
1. Masterclass: I got masterclasses and feedback from top producers like Locklead, Dennis Quin, Burnr and many more.
2. Studio time: 2 hours in the studios working on music
3. Feedback: guest producers & instructors gave tips an advice to help us improve.

What I learned:
1. Quantity is key: Create more ideas in less time (timer).
2. Keep it simple: many top artists use simple tools and focus on the idea.
3. Get in touch with labels: A&R taught us how to pitch tracks.
4. Importance of socials: still not fully into it, but i’ve become more consistent.
5. Feedback helps you grow: sharing music can be intimidating, but it helps you improve faster.

The best part? Meeting other producers, sharing ideas, and getting feedback from artists I look up to. It’s been an amazing experience, and I’m excited to keep growing from here! Thanks :)

Wie zijn Bobby & Djenko?

Bobby (Robbe De Ridder, geboren op 14 maart) Djenko (Jenko Cop, geboren op 30 maart)

Dit is een 18-jarig Dj-duo afkomstig uit Antwerpen (Schelle). Ze zijn al beste vrienden van de eerste kleuterklas en delen al sinds jongs af aan de liefde voor muziek. Sinds drie jaar brengen ze samen de feestjes opgang van achter hun draaitafel . Als deze twee jonge gasten op je line-up staan, dan mag je je zeker aan een stevig feestje verwachten!

Deze twee opkomende talenten zijn voornamelijk gekend in de Rupelstreek en hebben er al een stevig palmares tegenaan gesmeerd. Ze hebben al talloze feestjes kapot gespeeld waaronder Jin Kong, Jin Your Face, Fiesta!, Krazy K, Jincognito, ... Is jouw feestje het volgende?
