Is the phrase I hear most frequently at the end of a wedding day.

Though our month of package is great for those brides who have already booked all their other vendors, I don’t step in until 60 days before your wedding.

That’s why I would suggest booking our partial or full service package, I’m there every step of the way, from the beginning!!

A Venue Coordinator’s job is ensuring the venue is prepared for what you envisioned - this includes table placement, proper staffing and ensuring the venue is accessible to your vendors. Things they don’t do- work with your photographer to build your wedding day timeline, ensure the timeline is executed on wedding days, gather groups for photos, confirm all details with your vendors, pack personal items at the end of the night... 🚨Venue coordinators are not the same thing as wedding planners! 🚨 Now I’m not saying venue coordinators aren’t wonderful—they absolutely are! But they cannot replace your wedding planner! Your venue coordinator will facilitate all things that specifically relate to the venue. A wedding planner on the other hand handles everything from the very first stages of planning all the way through the wedding day. They are the ones in constant communication with your vendors the entire planning process. They represent YOU and make sure you get exactly what you envision for your big day, while making the process easier and fun for you to enjoy!
