Our Story

It has always one of Our Dreams to own and operate our own company with so many failed attempts, with many different business partners, one day while in the gym Mr. Jose and Chef Jonathan had the idea of become business partners, with our dreams and goals alining. We realized that our whys were the same Family and want to build this company based with family at the head.

Mr. Jose Carancho, Co-Owner and General Manager who studied Information Technology but has a passion for food and healthy eating, so he wanted to go into business with is best friend/ Brother. Being a father and husband it has showed him how food can being love and happiness to the home while sharing it with friends and family. Chef Jonathan Bullen, Co-Owner and Executive Chef received his Culinary Arts Management and Culinary Arts Italian from George Brown College and Alma Cooking School in Italy. He has worked from some of the top restaurants in Canada like Reds Midtown Tavern, Joey Restaurants Group and Origin Restaurant. In Italy he worked A One Michelin Star Called Amerigo dal 1934 under chef Alberto Bettini. He want to be be a chef and business owner since he was 5.
