Flowers by Donna Stephens With over 20 years in the floral industry, Donna Stephens will bring your vision to life. I've been fascinated by the beauty of nature since I was a child.

Flowers are a timeless expression of love and joy, including fresh flowers in your wedding and cherished events, brings colour and a personal touch to your venue. The variety of floral colours, textures and scents are inspirational. My journey as a florist began in 1997, at that time, I was working as a dental assistant which is a true passion of mine. Although I love taking care of people's smile

s, I felt that I needed to express my creativity and desire to be connected to the Earth. I decided to take flower arranging courses at the Ecole National de Fleuristerie and from there, I worked part-time as an apprentice. I was fortunate to find two amazing mentors Clement and Nicole who were the owners of Fleuriste Nini at the time. They took me under their wings and taught me everything about retail floristry. From there I decided to open my own boutique which was next to Fairmount Bagel. It was the size of a closet but it was my little slice of paradise. My husband and I started a family and I sold my shop. My love of floral design always calls me back, so I started a home-based flower business called Flowers by Donna specializing in weddings and events. Throughout my career as a floral designer, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with many talented individuals and I worked with some of the finest floral shops in Montreal including Terrafolia. My hope is to continue to grow and bring joy through the art of floral design.
