Just a pair of comfortable shoes and a willingness to take that first step towards a healthier, happier you. So mums, why wait? Lace up those shoes, breathe in the fresh air, and let the transformative power of walking lead you towards a lifetime of wellness. Let's walk towards a brighter tomorrow, together!

Not only that, meet up like-minded mums, socialise and end with some fun activities at the park, as you deserve a break!

So, mums park walk, starts on the 10th of May 5pm to 7pm at the Abbey Park [ MEET point highlighted in the poster]

We will start our walk at the START point and complete the circuit, and settle at the END point

And we will we meet each Friday of May in the same manner [ 17th, 24th and the 31st]

This is a Free Super Mums Club Self-Care initiative for Mothers!

Ideally, mums you should come on your own for a break however If you don't have child care, you are most welcome to come with your children or babies in their prams.

The mission of this club is to empower mums and organise various events, activities and talent workshops for the personal development as well as the overall wellbeing of mums.

On the day, you will get an opportunity to connect with some business mums of Leicester as well as to attend some inspiring presentations, followed by a dinner and dance party to break-free!
