Taking on this venture to bring events to life has been very rewarding these past few months. Working side by side with my husband Matt Gutierrez, the help from all my friends and partnership with Wizard Wicks Pizza , Defect Productions LLC and The BLITZ 100.1FM has been such a catalyst and blessing!
We tackled our first of many community events this Saturday and I want to thank every single one of the organizations that joined in the fight to end overdose in our beautiful city of Laredo. A shout out to the Laredo Fire Department, Pillar, Border Region, Casa La Esperanza, SCAN and Roots Recovery Center. Thank you for aiding us with such valuable information!
To my talented friends and colleagues Rockits, Da Alley Kats and Garden's Gate I want to give you all a big hug in appreciation for always giving back! I'm really grateful to have you in my corner! Y'all rocked!
Thank you to Mrs. Sandra Rocha Taylor and Frontera for allowing us to use the venue for this event!
Last but not least to Mrs Veronica and her family for trusting me to put together this event in memory of Anthony, the ones who are still fighting and those who have escaped the clutches of addiction.
I feel truly blessed for all the things I've learned and gained from this. I have met some amazing individuals who were so willing to help me out! Those friends who showed up to support me I can't thank you enough!
