🍃🐌🐌🐌🐌 Attention plant lovers! A recent experience at our shop, highlighted the importance of checking your outdoor plants for hidden critters. A gentleman brought in a plant he had on his porch for several months, requesting that we transplant it according to specific instructions he provided. We carefully placed the plant in our shop for the process.

However, when we returned the next day, we found the note had been chewed to bits! Initially, we suspected mice might be to blame. But as we proceeded with the transplant, we uncovered a plethora of snails nestled within the soil. These little critters had not only been feasting on the plant, but we’re also happily munching on the paper and anything else in there vicinity.

This incident serves as an important reminder: if you’ve had your plants outdoors through the summer, take a moment to inspect them. Check for any unwanted guest that may have taken up residence in your pots. A simple inspection can save your beloved plants from unexpected damage.

Stay vigilant, and happy gardening! 🍃
