PRICING
I wanted to take a moment to share some important news regarding our pricing. As we continue to grow and enhance our offerings, we have come to a point where it is necessary to revise our pricing structure to better reflect the time, love, and attention that goes into each unique design we create for you 🤍

Creating beautiful spaces has always been a huge passion of mine, and I originally started Willow Nest not to be a huge money maker, but to bring your dream visions to life whilst living my dream and this absolutely still stands. However, with the expansion of our collection and the increased storage costs that come with it, we need to ensure that we are covering our costs while continuing to provide you with the exceptional quality you deserve.

To make this transition smoother, we are excited to announce a special opportunity! We will have a transition period up until February 1st 2025 during which couples who book with us before this date will still benefit from our current pricing. And for all of my wonderful clients already booked in, rest assured that your pricing will remain unchanged!

Our commitment to you remains our top priority. We deeply value your support and will always strive to keep our services accessible. Our goal is to provide you with the best experience possible while ensuring that we can continue to create the magical moments you envision for your special day.

BOHEMIAN FEATURES

Creating aesthetic bohemian focal points in your wedding styling allows for the perfect photo opitunites whilst weaving your bohemian theme throughout the feel of your special day.

Our authentic peacock chairs create a stunning back drop at your top table and can be used as they are or dressed with beautiful faux/dried florals either by us or in collaboration with your florist as in this stunning example by Dorset Dried Flowers. Why not move the chair after your meal and repurpose as a beautiful photo backdrop for your guests with all the boho vibes.

Our timeless rustic wooden arch can be dressed with fabric draping adding texture and colour and a sense of bohemian opulence. Again, we can provide faux/dried florals or collaborate with your florist as in this example from the very talented Dorset Dried Flowers (we are loving the contrast of the bold oranges against the whimsical woodland back drop)

TO THE ENDS OF FHE EARTH

I couldn’t let today go past with out sharing some pumpkin love 🤍

Featuring our new fabric tassel trimmed sign. “To the ends of the Earth” these signs are in house made and have become a little obsession of mine. As we make these signs our self, we can fully customise to fit your wedding or event. If you have an idea in mind for your big day please let us know!

We truly embraced the autumnal season for this shot at the beautiful Weddings in the Wood If you’re looking for a woodland wedding this New Forest wedding venue is the perfect backdrop for your big day!

Photography by the insanely talented Lizzy Morris Photography I couldn’t recommend Lizzy enough, her photos speak for them self but she’s also the loveliest lady so kind and just a lovely human.

Also involved in the shoot but not featured in this image were who worked wonders on our arch and peacock chair with her beautiful dried florals and Lauren O Make-up Beauty Hair who specialises in boho Bridal makeup and hair. Also very lovely ladies who I would highly recommend not only for their creative talents but also all round lovely people! Take a look at our recent reel to see their stunning work.

WEDDING SINAGE

PAMPAS CLOUDS
are the epitome of boho luxe design. The soft, fluffy texture of pampas grass adds a touch of opulence to any space. The pampas’s Centre pieces featured here in this boho luxe table design provide a true showstopper, creating a dreamy and romantic feel.

BOHO FABRIC BANNERS
Is there anything more boho than velvet and tassel trim! These banners are in house made so fully customisable text, colour and trims are available.

We love this look draped over the top table but this would also look amazing as a welcome sign hung on one of our copper frames or our rustic bamboo frame.

Alternatively, how about adding to your ceremony back drop or your top table back drop for all the boho vibes! Either pair with our copper pipe arch or our rustic wooden arch plus many more options…

CHEERS TO LOVE introducing our new champagne/Prosecco wall to add that little sparkle of fun to your big day.

So many choices when it comes to this prop. Why not change it up and use as shot wall instead or you could ask your venue to produce your signature cocktail to display.

Either use as a welcome drink display or do something a little different and use as your seating plan, where we can add name tags to the drinks with your guests table number to help them find their seats.

As with all our props we can personalise to fit your theme, change the colour, change the neon sign, use lettering instead if you prefer, add some florals to the top, options are very open to make this unique to your wedding or event!

STONE PLACE NAMES
We love the look of our new stone place names teamed with our rattan place mats and opulent frayed edge muslin napkins. These are perfect for that elegant boho feel or could work equally well in a more romantic rustic aesthetic.

These place names are all about the texture and layering texture is so important when it comes to bohemian styling!

The text is fully customisable, colour and font can be chosen to suit the theme of your decor.

Place names are included in all our set packages with these just being one of our many options available for your wedding day!

SEATING PLAN
We are so in love with our latest seating plan design. Showcasing our new textured display plinths. We love a quirky seating plan here at Willow Nest and we think this works beautifully with all the boho feels!

We used our stone ware bottles filled with dried grasses to display guests names to help them find their seat. Using our antique brass Moroccan tray as a seating plan sign just finishes of this look perfectly.

This could be recreated to fit your wedding theme, for a more boho luxe look we could use elegant glass bottles filled with pampas… for a disco boho look why not add some glitter balls into the mix… the possibilities are really open ended.

As you all know, we started up our new Willow Nest venture the beginning of this years wedding season. We are so pleased to report that our books are filling steadily for next year but we still have some spaces for this autumn/winter available that we would love to fill.
