GIA is an association of interns working at the international organizations in Geneva. Our three main aims are to improve:

Our three main aims are to improve: the professional welfare of interns, life beyond work, and to be a continuous and lasting institution. The Professional Welfare of Interns (e.g. campaigning to improve working conditions, seeking fair remuneration and diversifying the accessibility of internship programmes)

2. by continuing and improving interns’ social events like UN Drinks and UN Lunches)

3.

Continuity and a Lasting Institution (having a formal association will help passing experience and information from one generation of interns to the next)
