Here are the steps to Create an Email Template in HubSpot:
1. Go to Marketing > Email > Create email and choose between Regular, Automated, and Blog/RSS email types. Select an email template.
2. On the Edit email page, you can customize and edit your email template by dragging and dropping content items from the Content panel onto your email.
3. Click on the Design tab where you can customize the design of your Template, Text styles, Buttons, and Dividers.
4. When you have the email looking exactly how you want it, click the Settings tab at the top of the page to set the From name and address, Subject line, Preview text, etc.
5. If you want to send or schedule the email, click Send or Schedule next to Settings.
6. Then, click Automation to set up automations for this email.
7. When you have finished editing the email, click Review and publish.

Here are the steps to Edit a Deal Pipeline in HubSpot:
1. Edit the pipeline column in your sales pipeline.
2. Another way to edit one of these columns is to click the Gear button in the top menu, scroll down to Data management and click Deals > Pipelines > Configure.
3. Set up automations based on pipelines, click Automate to the right of Configure.

Here are the steps to trigger workflows from form-fills in HubSpot or watch the full video here: https://hubs.la/Q02f99tL0

1. Access forms by going to Marketing > Lead Capture > Forms. Find and click on your Contact Form (Our contact form only has fields for email, first name, last name).
2. Then, to create a dropdown option in your Contact Form, navigate to the Create New tab on the left hand side of the screen and drag the Dropdown square into the space below the Last name contact property on your Contact Form.
3. Once your Basic Info is filled in, you can fill in Field Type information:
4. Next, we want to make a workflow based on their response.
- Click the Automation tab at the top of the form page > + Add a new simple workflow to set up a simple workflow based on that trigger.
- Press Create workflow > Next to begin the setup for that workflow, and click Set up triggers. Under Filter type, select Contact properties and enter the name of your new property into the search bar. Click on the dropdown menu below Is any of, select No leads > Apply filter > Save and name this workflow (named “New Contact – No Leads” in our example).
- To Choose an action, hit the + below the Contact enrollment trigger text box. Scroll down the list of Available actions and click Set property value. Set the Target property type to Contact. Click Choose a property, insert Contact owner and click Choose an owner (the sales rep that works best with these leads).
5. You might have a series of emails that are perfect for this client.
- Click the + button to Choose another action. Click Send email, then select the email you want to use and click Save.
- To send another email 3 days later, Click the + button > Delay for a certain amount of time, then enter 3 into the Days box and click Save.
- To send a follow up email, click the + button > Send email, then Select the email you want to use and click Save.
6. When you are finished updating the form, click Update in the top right hand corner of the page and then the Publish button at the bottom of the Review and publish section.

You would use this if you have multiple sales reps on a team or if you want to divvy out contacts when you upload a new list.
1. Access workflows by clicking Workflows at the top of the HubSpot page > Create workflow to create a Start from scratch, Contact-based workflow.
- Name your workflow, and click Next.
2. Click Set up triggers by choosing a Filter type – You can use a List that’s uploaded, a Form submission, or Behavior based triggers if there are contacts that already exist (for our example, we used Form submission). Customize the trigger by filling out all the necessary fields for that trigger type.
- When you have filled in the necessary information, click Apply filter > Save.
3. Make a new action by clicking the + icon below the enrollment trigger content box.
4. Next, we want to rotate that Contact between our sales reps to make sure that they have ownership and our Sales are notified.
- Scroll through the list of options. Select Rotate record to owner under Assignment > Contact owner under HubSpot user property. Leave the box empty if the contract already has an owner and you don’t want to change ownership.
- Select whether you want to Rotate between a Specific person or between a Specific team, specify your selection by checking its box in the dropdown menu, and click Save.
5. From there you can create a normal workflow.
6. Once you are finished with it, press Review and publish. Hit Workflow is OFF toggle to switch your workflow to Live.
7. Enrollment is something you may want to consider if you know that contacts may be filling out forms multiple times and you do want to rotate those contacts multiple times. Make sure you Allow contacts who meet that trigger to re-enroll. If you don’t want them to re-enroll and they already have a contact owner, then you don’t have to worry about that.

1. Access workflows by clicking Workflows at the top of the HubSpot page.
2. Create a new workflow by clicking Create workflow. Name your workflow, choose your workflow settings, and click Next in the top right hand corner.
3. To start off your workflow, click Set up triggers. Then, determine how a contact enters this workflow by choosing a type of enrollment trigger. Customize the trigger by filling out all the necessary fields for that trigger type.
- When you have filled in the necessary information, click Apply filter to save.
4. To make a new action, click the + icon below the enrollment trigger content box.
- Scroll through the list of options and choose an action.
- Set the property value by selecting the Target property type, Property to set, and any additional information you may need to enter.
5. To add a Delay, click the + icon. In the list of available actions, find the Delay section and choose from the Delay options.
- Set the amount of time you want to delay.
6. You can add more actions to your workflow using that + icon.
7. To test your workflow before it goes live, click Test at the top of the page.
