A REFERENCE TIME FOR THE AGILE SCX ⏱️

As well as modern and classic cars, the Spa Open Pitlane is delighted to welcome a special guest: the AGILE SCX. This Danish creation, homologated for the road, puts the emphasis on driving pleasure.

Designed by Tim Hansen in a minimalist spirit, the AGILE SCX is nonetheless packed with innovations. It embodies the fruit of cutting-edge expertise in composite materials, underpinned by a vision of sustainability.

This March 24, with Tim Hansen, the help of driver Nicolaj Kandborg and the collaboration of distributor House of Speed, we invite you to discover this limited edition and set its reference time on the legendary curves of the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps.

Today: Ford GT40 🏁

The Ford GT40 has a long and prestigious history in endurance racing, and it continues to shine, including at the Spa Six Hours Endurance race. At this year's edition, it was the #14 Ford, driven by the crew of Miles GRIFFITHS, Gordon SHEDDEN & Andy PRIAULX, that took victory. The GT40 of this victorious 2023 crew is a 1965 model with a 4700cc engine. Did you know? The "40" in GT40 refers to its height of just 40 inches (102 cm)!

Today: Cooper T79 🏁

The Cooper T79, a veritable single-seater icon of its era, has lost none of its superb character. At the Spa Six Hours 2023, Michael GANS, driving as number #17, masterfully took the wheel of this 1964 marvel with its 2500cc engine. He won Race 2 of the HGPCA Pre 66 Grand Prix Cars grid, highlighting the perfect harmony between an exceptional driver and a timeless machine.

Today: Lotus Elan 🏁

The Lotus Elan, an icon of British motoring, has been making its mark since its conception in the 1960s. At the Spa Six Hours Endurance race in 2023, the #600 Lotus Elan put in a remarkable performance. Driven by the crew of Andrew JORDAN, Sam TORDOFF and James DORLIN, this 1965 Lotus Elan, powered by a 1600cc engine, took an impressive second place. This result is even more remarkable given that, in recent years, the podium in this race has been dominated by Ford GT40s. Second place is a testament to the skill of the drivers and the continuing heritage and competitiveness of the Lotus Elan, even against such formidable opponents as the Ford GT40.

Today: Delahaye 135 🏁

The Delahaye 135, produced in the 1930s, is an icon of French motoring, combining luxury and competitive racing. Designed by Jean François, it was inspired by the Art Deco style in vogue at the time and won numerous concours d'élégance. At the Spa Six Hours 2023, a 1936 Delahaye 3600cc, driven by Ross KEELING and Calum LOCKIE as number #15, once again proved its heritage by winning the Pre-War Sports Cars-Motor Racing Legends race.

Today: Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo Evo 🏁

At this year's Spa Six Hours, the number #8 Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo Evo, driven by Craig WILKINS, brilliantly claimed first place in the Masters GT Trophy race. Equipped with a 5200cc V10 engine, this car is the result of an exceptional collaboration between Lamborghini engineers, Dallara Engineering and the Centro Stile Lamborghini, combining advanced technology and avant-garde design. Its distinctive features, such as the longitudinal channel on its rear bonnet and its upper air intake, give it a unique identity, making it instantly recognisable on the track.

Today: Shelby Cobra 🏁

The Shelby Cobra, or AC Cobra, born of the collaboration between British manufacturer AC Cars and American visionary Carroll Shelby, is an icon of 1960s motoring. At the Spa Six Hours Endurance 2023, the 1965 Cobra driven by Alexander KOLB and Frank STIPPLER was the leading Cobra in the race, finishing 20th overall. A remarkable performance, especially against more modern competitors.

Today: GN Parker 🏁

The GN Parker, an English cyclecar, was manufactured around the 1910s - 1920s. The name GN comes from the initials of the two founders, HR Godfrey and Archibald Frazer Nash. Characterized by its lightweight construction and chain transmission, it offered nice performance for its size. Designed to bridge the gap between motorbikes and full-sized cars, this two-seater vehicle carved out a unique niche in the early automotive market.

The Allard J2, a rare 1950s sports roadster, is an emblem of British engineering. Delivered in the United States without an engine, buyers customised their J2 with an engine of their choice. This local installation made it very easy to find parts for Allard's customers. Its success, performance and solid components ensured its place as a competitive international racing car.
