Fabulous set up for a 10 year wedding anniversary party .. customer wanted our bales with covers for their guests to sit relax and enjoy the evening.

I placed them in groups of 5 and 3’s to create a great seating arrangement

Added extra touch to make our bales stand out from others I decorated with green foliage garlands and flower baskets we have also our custom made covers and with a clear wrap stops a lot of shedding which is perfect for garden parties

We then placed the remaining bales around the beautiful bell tent village for their guests to use

What a wonderful addition and fabulous party they will be having

We are back with EAT STREET REPEAT again for another one of their events at Kidderminster Cricket Club

Had some brilliant feedback from people all enjoying our Bale seating and chilling in the sun ☀️

We have provided a mix of covered bales and also clear wrapped bales all have easy handling straps which stops any breakages The Rustic Seating Company

So a brilliant weekend for us ..
The sun was shining which makes a perfect time for a party 🎉

A Customer had 15 clear wrapped with straps delivered ready for her son Counrty themed birthday party which our bales worked perfectly
We can’t wait for the photos so we can share them with you..

She said “Our bales worked great especially when the food arrived as everyone could sit eat and enjoy themselves..”
Our bales are easy to move with our straps and the clear wrap makes for less shedding too 😆🙏

Bales are perfect for seating your guests! A charming alternative to sourcing expensive chairs for everyone attending – something which we all know can be a nightmare with last-minute changes to numbers!
The best things about using our bales is how adaptable they can be.
From casual seating as guests are able to perch, which brings more flexibility than individual chairs and gives a more relaxed feel.
You can even make straw sofas and lounge seating and team it up with our pallet tables which just adds that something more special to your event.

Did you know they also work extremely well as photography backdrops or props, perfect for otherwise useless areas that might look less than aesthetically pleasing!

To ensure a comfortable seat, we also offer bale dressing service for our bales with fabric.

What we do at The Rustic Seating Company

We offer a perfect solution for any outdoor or marquee wedding, garden party or other outside events you have planned.
Here at The Rustic Seating Company our straw bales will make a perfect place for you and your guests to sit, relax and enjoy the great outdoors.

Our Bales can be used in many different ways and can be arranged individually, or combined to build sofas, bars and tables. The possibilities are endless, we also offer a personalised service and we will work with you if you have a colour scheme or theme you are wanting we will work to make your event perfect.

Note that Straw Bales are a natural product and may shed the odd straw stalk so are best suited to outdoor events, however can be used for indoor spaces that can be easily swept. If hiring a venue, we always recommend you get permission from them before booking.

Note we ask you to keep the bales as dry as possible and In the event of wet weather, we will provide plastic sheeting and tarpaulins for you to cover them with when they’re not in use.

Also note our bales are flammable, so will need to be placed a safe distance from bonfires and other open flames. We also recommend that they’re not stacked too high for safety reasons.

Payments & Deposits

We require a 20% deposit to secure your booking and ask for full payment 14 days prior to the event. Payments can be made via BACS transfer and PayPal

Delivery is charged at £1 per mile from our farm DY11 and we cover up to 50 miles radius

We require a £50 refundable deposit in case of damage or non-return of hire items.
And all broken bales are charged at £4 each

£4 per bale for naked bales
£4.50 per clear wrapped with straps
£6 per bale with our custom made covers that are fully waterproof and are made with fire retardant material 

Note there is a minimum order value of 15 bales
