Homemade mincemeat takes time. You start by mixing all the dried fruit, apples, diced and sugar together leaving over night to develop the flavour. Then in a low oven for 3 hours. Then you add the brandy and jar up ready to be sold. Available this weekend Christmas fair 11am-3pm each jar will make 6-8 mincemeat pie. U will share the recipe with jar that is purchased. My mincemeat is veggie and nut free
