On Saturday we catered a 60th birthday party for a lovely clients!

Ice cream bar with all homemade ice cream - vanilla malt, dark chocolate mint, strawberry cheesecake, and chocolate praline. 10 different toppings, hot fudge, caramel sauce, and berry sauce.

Halloween is by far my favorite holiday! I hope if you’re entertaining today, you lean into the spooky season.

Quick and easy entertaining ideas

Turn your favorite crudités dip into a cauldron of slime - turn an acorn squash or edible pumpkin/gourd into a bowl by cutting the top off to make a lid and scooping out the insides.

Make a mummy Brie by wrapping in strips of crescent dough and baking, add the eyes after the bake.

Make fun monster rum balls by mixing bake with melted chocolate and rum, rolling into balls and dipping in chocolate - decorate w it h slivered almonds and eyes to make spooky creatures.

Make deviled eggs and decorate with a slice of olives and sriracha to make devils eyes.

Halloween is all about fun and enjoying with friends and family, hope you make some of these festive treats!

Our truffle butter roasted chicken is a labor of love 💕

heritage chickens are broken down and a mixture of butter gets massaged into the bird and under the skin and lets form a pellicle for 24 hours perfuming the chicken. We roast the chicken at a super high heat for a short time to get super crispy skin and moist tender chicken. We make a flavorful truffle jus with fresh black truffle scraps, pan drippings, chicken glace, dry vermouth, and thyme and reduce it down then mounting it with butter. When we serve the chicken we smother it in the hot truffle jus and shave black truffles over the top. It’s decadent and delicious with

We rotate through seasonal arancini flavors and this was the end of the summer menu arancini. We made a tomato risotto with cooked down fresh heirloom tomatoes 🍅 and tons of Parmesan, then stuffed them with fresh mozzarella and fresh basil.
