our grilled artichoke salad has shaved Parmesan, grilled baby peppers, grilled artichokes, heirloom tomatoes, fresh torn basil, fresh torn mint sourdough croutons, on a bed of smooth pea basil puree with a truffle sherry vinaigrette. It’s so good and our clients favorite. On repeat until end of summer 😎

On my 36 birthday today I am reminded of how lucky I am to have a life filled with loving friends and family. I’ve always had an ability to connect with anyone, and I’ve made friends in every place you can imagine. I’m thankful for those that stay connected no matter the time or distance between us. I’m thankful I get to do what I love everyday and provide a service I’m so proud of. I’m thankful for my family, who is my rock and keeps me grounded and filled with love and light. I’m thankful for my bestfriends April, Kim, Margaret, and Melissa who have been by my side through all the bad to celebrate all the good. Im thankful for my love of my life my husband Alp who makes life fun and interesting and always pushes me outside my comfort zone. I’m thankful for this life, however long or short it is, filled with memories and celebrating it to the max. I’ve always lived life to the fullest, with no regrets, and full of gratitude. Here’s to another year of memories ❤️

Quick summer salad! 🥗
Large chunks of avocado, toasted pistachios, baby kale, basil, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, goats cheese, and a tangerine dressing.
Small bowl mix together 2 T tangerine preserves, 2 T lemon juice, 3 T olive oil, 1/2 t Dijon mustard, s & p to taste and whisk to combine for a super easy and delicious light dressing.

Vegan and gluten free honey olive oil cake! Imported d’Abruzzo fregola sarda from @rustichelladabruzzo is one of my favorite pastas. Pebble-like pasta shape with a course exterior that grips sauces. The slow dried pasta is toasted in a dry skillet, enhancing its nutty flavor. In our fregola mac and cheese, the pasta is mixed with a mornay sauce made with gruyere, Irish cheddar, and lots of parmesan. Topped with crunchy garlic infused breadcrumbs and fresh parsley. This butternut squash soup couldn’t be simpler and is sooo delicious! Have fun with the toppings - add whatever suits your tastes. I topped with creme fraiche, pepitas, pul biber, and chives. Recipe below! Perfect for this holiday season 🎁 Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with Toasted Pumpkin Seeds and Chili 3 large butternut squash, cleaned and cubed 3 shallots, quartered 8 cloves garlic, smashed 3 spring rosemary 3 springs fresh oregano 3 sprigs fresh thyme 1 green apple, cut into large chunks 1/4 cup olive oil 1 qt veg stock 3 T maple syrup (use really good stuff) 1 lemon, juiced 1/4 cup toasted pumpkin seeds 1 teaspoon hot chili flake 1/4 cup finely cut chives - Preheat oven to 400 degrees - In a large mixing bowl, toss squash, shallots, garlic, herbs, apple with salt + pepper and olive oil. Spread on a parchment lined sheet tray. Roast until squash is soft and caramelized, about 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and throw away herb stems. - In a high speed blender, add the roasted veg, maple syrup, lemon juice, and veg stock.
