I’ve got a lot of catching up to do on social media. We had the busiest Q4 we’ve ever had and posting on social media never felt like the priority!

Our drop-off catering business really boomed in 2024. A lot of clients wanted an affordable solution to entertaining where a reception didn’t require food prep or chef team onsite, and our drop-off trays are a great option. We offer fully assembled breakfast, lunch, or dinner options as well as cocktail party platters of assembled bites, cheese and crudités, Turkish mezze, and sweets.

Gratitude fills the heart.

This Thanksgiving, I’m reflecting on all that I’m grateful for: my family, my friends, my incredible clients, and the opportunity to share my passion for cooking with the world. Every dish I create is a celebration of connection and community, and I feel so fortunate to be surrounded by people who inspire and support me every step of the way.

Quick and easy entertaining ideas

Turn your favorite crudités dip into a cauldron of slime - turn an acorn squash or edible pumpkin/gourd into a bowl by cutting the top off to make a lid and scooping out the insides.

Make a mummy Brie by wrapping in strips of crescent dough and baking, add the eyes after the bake.

Make fun monster rum balls by mixing bake with melted chocolate and rum, rolling into balls and dipping in chocolate - decorate w it h slivered almonds and eyes to make spooky creatures.

Make deviled eggs and decorate with a slice of olives and sriracha to make devils eyes.

Halloween is all about fun and enjoying with friends and family, hope you make some of these festive treats!

Our truffle butter roasted chicken is a labor of love 💕

heritage chickens are broken down and a mixture of butter gets massaged into the bird and under the skin and lets form a pellicle for 24 hours perfuming the chicken. We roast the chicken at a super high heat for a short time to get super crispy skin and moist tender chicken. We make a flavorful truffle jus with fresh black truffle scraps, pan drippings, chicken glace, dry vermouth, and thyme and reduce it down then mounting it with butter.
