We are so happy to be able to sponsor this event this year, we know the arts have been struggling due to the pandemic and it's nice to see it return!
Theater Club at Utica College's Pioneer Players are proud to announce auditions for our Fall 2021 Mainstage Musical, Spring Awakening by Duncan Sheik and Steven Sater.
The production will be directed by Mike Clark, Assistant Directed by Paloma Collado, and Music Directed by Shane Archer Reed. The show dates are Thursday, November 18th-Saturday, November 20th at 7:00PM each night. Auditions will be held on Tuesday 9/21 and Wednesday 9/22 at 6:30PM on both night in Carbone Family Auditorium located in ECJS.
Auditioners will be asked to prepare the cuts located at the this link: https://tinyurl.com/TCUCSpringAwakening and should be prepared to read from the script. Please also fill out an audition form located at the aforementioned link. We are seeking performers of all abilities, beliefs, identities and walks of life.
COMMUNITY MEMBER AUDITIONERS ARE WELCOME! If you are not apart of the UC community you will need to bring a photocopy of the front and back of your COVID-19 Vaccination card (including for auditions), and proof of a negative COVID test weekly (including for auditions). Unfortunately the college will not be providing COVID testing for community members at this time. We are not accepting community members under the age of 18 years old for auditions at this time due to the nature of the show.
