From an awkward introduction to Matt as Kit’s “friend” to late night talks about the meaning of marriage, seeing the journey of these two lovebirds has been like watching your favorite love story unfold in real life. As I write this, I’m realizing that it’s too difficult to encapsulate the pure joy of the past week in an Instagram caption. You simply had to be there. Matt and Kit, thank you for your support, your love, and your friendship. When we had our first call with and .n we got a good idea of what they were looking for: a high energy party. The type of wedding we specialize in. What we experienced was something far greater. Sparing no expense, their big night included an LED dancer, O2 canons, breakdancers, and a fun-loving guest list that shared their enthusiasm for an epic celebration.

When I first met with and , they invited me over for dinner. Rather than discussing the details of their upcoming wedding, the focus of that meeting quickly became the unique bond between these two special people. I saw in them a foundation that all great marriages are built on. Over the next year, I would run into Kat and Edwin at various get togethers. Each encounter served as a reminder that a very special wedding was soon approaching. Conversations with mutual friends about their wedding, texts about song recommendation… a collection of little pieces culminating into an unforgettable night full laughter, dancing, and memories.
