Sometimes, taking a walk outside and surrounding ourselves with nature reminds us that even when we have nothing, we have everything that we need 💚

Photos taken whilst I was in Singapore. A country that surprisingly has a lot of green to offer too! My favourite photo is the first one because the branches were naturally growing to form an arch, no mechanics whatsoever - so cool!

Moody with hints of creamy brightness ✨ Not my first time handling Calla lilies but they almost always get to me with their soft and bending stems 🫠 anyhoo I still love ‘em in this bouquet! That hint of darkness is what it needs!

My love for flowers began when I was a little girl admiring my dad’s love for watercolor paintings of florals. I admired the vibrant colors, the way their petals were uneven yet shaped perfectly to display their natural beauty. I grew more intrigued by their presence and how they can spark joy, journeying through nature’s course, they lead a graceful life. Many may feel that their beauty is one that is not permanent, but being the sentimentalist that I am, I believe that every occasion, every life has their own season to weather and it is in that that though their beauty has a timeline, it leaves a permanent mark.

My name is May and I am born in the month of December. The month of May blooms spring while December invites winter marking the end of a beginning. Thus, May in December is born.

On a mission to bloom hope from spring through to winter, just like how flowers have their seasons, so do our lives and I hope to be able to translate that particular moment or season of your life with flowers.
