What a weekend!!! 💍🎡💍
Absolutely done - today rest is needed 😂

First off- Massive Congratulations to Mrs & Mrs Langham. A cheeky Thursday night wedding reception at the Mellish Rugby & Football club. Had everybody up to classics from the killers to some cheeky R’B bangers. ❤️

Next up - Long Eaton Carnival 🎡. Had the pleasure of being on the 3rd placed best float (1st year doing it mind you) for The Bell Inn at Sawley. We rocked the classic Only Fools and Horses with a little bit of an our own twist. Thank you for everybody that took part and hope you enjoyed your well deserved beer or 5 🍻…. Custy

Last but no means least - 30 years wedding anniversary for Mr & Mrs Reddish at the Soldiers and Sailors Sawley. Everything from Abba to queen and a lot in between 🪩🕺💃.. what a couple. Thank you to Collette and the team. Venue was amazing.

Now today is chill day with the family ❤️. . .

Parade starts at 11am (sharpish)
So get your space on the road side, get comfy because the rain ain’t coming and hopefully the sun makes an appearance 🌤️… So make some noise for everybody in the Carnival , it’s gonna be cushty

I had the privilege of doing there evening reception. What a night it was, had the floor busy from the off playing everything abba to some massive disco hits, everybody had a jiggle …. Even had the arms in the air for some YMCA moves 😂😜.

It was Castle Donington RUFC Presentaion night at the amazing The Castle Inn. Massive congratulations to everybody who won there awards.

A cracking bunch, had the dance floor filled pretty much all night. Even had a few renditions of some classics tunes from the lads (don’t give up your days jobs 😉) ….

Cracking Friday night at the soliders and sailors for all who were there. Abba Chique had the dance floor filled all night playing all the massive hits from the amazing Abba.

I had the pleasure of filing the gaps in between the sets , playing a little of everything 😉.

Good afternoon everyone!!!

Lights & Beats was at it again this weekend just gone. Massive happy birthday to Gaynor 🥳🍾. The birthday girl and her guests kept the dance floor busy most of the night, playing a massive range from queen to the vengaboys….. even finished on some Meatloaf (must be a northern thing 😂)

Venue - Chilwell Manor Golf Club
Great venue, friendly and helpful staff… food was awesome. Definitely worth a look if your looking for a venue 👍

Back to Long Eaton next weekend …. Another birthday to celebrate so winner winner…

And I’m back….. hello 2024….

What a night as well 🍾🍻🕺🪩🎧

It was the Tetsudo Association performance night. These guys are different class. They train, there dedicated and there professionalism is amazing….. and they know how to party 🎉 …

Other than a microphone that didn’t wanna play ball it was a total success. After the performance these guys kept the dance floor rammed all night… perfect start 😊

Anyways we’re off soooooo get tagging, get Lights & Beats out there, throw my name everywhere lol

Good evening all and happy Christmas Eve EVe 😂…

So it’s been another smashing year for Lights & Beats. So much of my work has come from you lot passing the name and sharing my posts. I appreciate it so much.

2024 is filling up nicely and hopefully another busy one🤞🏼👍. Already booked to weddings, a cheeky carnival float, a few boxing events and so much more. So again thank you so much 😘..

Now it’s time to chill, eat , drink and spend time with the loved ones ❤️…. Also fix, repair and upgrade some bits & bobs as I want next year to bigger and better 😜.

Big shout out to the staff of Ormistion Ilkeston school. Had the privilege of doing there Christmas 🎄 party. Little bit of background music while they finished their amazing food, then plenty of classics to keep everybody happy till late… have a good Christmas guys 🎄

The annual soliders Christmas party for the kids. First time for me and to be honest had a great time. The kids danced, played a few of the games we set and even got to meet the big man himself 🎅🏻…. Even I got a cheeky picture with him (hopefully I get onto the nice list now 🤞🏼). Colette and the team of elves smashed it. 👊🍻

That’s it I’m done…. And time to relax…. 2024 is gonna be another busy one.

A massive happy birthday to Jo , 50 years young 🍾. Definitely some sore heads after seeing a few bottles of champagers going around. Had a few hardcore dancers 🕺💃dancing to everything I played…. So thank you.

Sunday Beeston Victory Club with Fightback Promotions….

What an afternoon. 10 fights….. 20 amazing people all doing there bit for charity and raiseing money for an amazing cause. Pretty much filled the venue and the amazing team that put it all together… I salute you🫡….

Of course Lights & Beats brought the noise lol…. Always a pleasure and will see you guys March 2024 🥊….

Back on it again next week but come on it’s Christmas🎄…
