The date is tentative based on numbers . We will only continue to plan the event with a firm number of 30 attendees to a max of 100 . The venue is booked for Aug 17 in Eastport . Our ending venue has a capacity of 100, we need to now to put a list together of names and numbers that are wanting to attend . Cut off for attendees will be either when we reach 100 paid people or April 30 . If we do not have 30 firm attendees by April 30 the event will not go ahead. We will be collecting $20 per person , this will be used for a small few expenses that may occur once we finalize what the day is going to look like receipts will be kept for anyone that wants to review ,the majority of the money collected is being donated to our Eastport Peninsula Firefighters Friends and our final stop the Legion in Eastport . Please PM me with names and number coming and I will add you to the list money will be collect once we hit 30 , if you cancel money is non refundable once collect. If we have to cancel money will be refunded
Accommodations will be your responsibility but we can give you a list of places in the area
