Great review from Seth... "This is now the 2nd time I have used their services. We used them to take us to and from the airport. We are extremely fortunate that we had the same driver on three of the four trips. He was simply amazing, friendly, and went above and beyond even if it meant 2 things one on both trips to the airport he picked us before the rooster was even up and the moon was still out and secondly on our most recent trip on the car ride home our daughter who normally is an amazing traveler, this time from the moment we were airborne she started not feeling and well and sadly got sick in the car ride home. We politely did our best to clean up after her, he was extremely caring and understanding and did all he could to keep her comfortable. We look forward to using them again on our next family vacation."

They are always on time, their drivers are kind (and quiet in the wee hours of the morning) and they have a full tank of gas (we’ve used others services that have shown up with the gas light on!). We had a major fiasco where we got to Newark and our son’s passport was expiring that day. Our driver Adam was so helpful and orchestrated a new ride for us within the hour. Plus they are so responsive through text when scheduling a car. I highly recommend them!"

My recent travels with Star were from Central Jersey to JFK & the return trip. The cars were on time, immaculate, and my drivers were extremely professional. If you're lucky enough when your booking occurs to have either Ali or Muhammed as your driver, I guarantee you'll enjoy the ride! As far as dealing with the front office, it couldn't be any easier. Sal & Shah are top notch and can handle any request. The office automation and use of technology is very helpful with all the notifications you receive on your smartphone."

My husband usually makes the reservations but this time it was me making the request for a very special occasion. Ali was a very safe driver, genuinely kind and he even took pictures of us.
