Back at it again today because, why not?? That and I still have a LOT of flowers left over. But it’s been fun and relaxing doing this for me and at my own pace. I love trying new things, so being able to just be creative for me has been so inspiring.

In going along with today’s stories, this kid also grew up so quickly! I have known him his entire life. He is a REALLY good guy. And dang is he smart! He’s been accepted into several collages with some incredible scholarships. So proud of you Connor!

Goodness. How does FIVE years fly by so quickly?!?! I can’t even wrap my head around it or how much he means in my life. His little personality that keeps evolving is sooo hilarious. Nothing makes this kid happier then going to McDonalds, slime and esp his mom. Happy 5th Birthday Morgy Ev! We sure love you!!!

We took a trip as a family to Seattle a few months ago, I gave the older boys a disposable camera and told them we would have a photo contest. Soooo... PLEASE VOTE on ONE photo!! Had some extra time in the studio yesterday after photographing some amazing clients, so I did some quick headshots of the boys. The two older ones are definitely at the begrudgingly stage in life when it comes to photos so that’s been fun. But still, I love how they turned out!

My last wedding of the year at was so incredibly beautiful! The style of the bride and groom was incredible. Their colors, the cake, just everything was so perfect!

This last week has been insane! I flew out to Vegas last week to photograph a wedding. Sunday I flew home and hit the ground running to unpack, repack to hit the road not even 12 hours later for another wedding the very next day. Mondays wedding was gorgeous!!! The next day, I went up into the SLC mountains to photograph a beautiful bridal session. I got home late last night to my family. Lincoln was thrilled that I will be home for the next 3 days. Saturday I pack up and hit the road again. Needless to say, I am really looking forward to the upcoming holiday next week! Here’s a gorgeous family I have been photographing for several years. These turned out absolutely beautiful!

Planning some creative sessions/work/darkroom stuff for me this winter when things slow down a bit. It will still be a super busy few months, but then will have some Art time for myself. I edited 2.5 sessions today. Still have so much to edit! Everything looks so beautiful!! Can’t wait to get more galleries out this week!!

Finally home from our trip. Why does the trip home always go soooo slow??? Anyways, I have A LOT of editing a head of me before heading to Las Vegas next week for a wedding! If you are waiting for a gallery, I PROMISE it will be worth the wait!!! I will be hitting the ground running/editing tomorrow morning! For now, here’s some sneak peaks!

This years mini sessions were GORGEOUS! The traffic had turned into a major situation, but everything turned out INCREDIBLE! I have loved all my families, as I always do. Eventually I will post a lot more!

Goodness… in the last 3 days, I have sent off over 10 galleries!! I still have many more to go with another weekend full of sessions/weddings. Then we leave for Seattle. I can’t even wait!! So many gorgeous sessions to share. I haven’t even posted a fraction of what I’ve done.

Last night was sooo good! I photographed for me! I found some of the most EPIC locations last week and HAD to try them out before all the leaves are gone! I photographed a BEAUTIFUL family that I can’t WAIT to share and then I photographed my own kids. I set limits and boundaries with my boys as I know they HATE having their pics taken. It worked out extremely well because by the time I made myself be done, they were too. I am super happy with how they turned out. You guys, driving to Cache Valley is WORTH the long A* # drive. I PROMISE!!!

My editing pile is soooo long right now. Wow, wow, wow!! But I am so grateful for all the work I’ve had! Heading south tomorrow for a wedding that I am so excited about! Then, lots more sessions this weekend when I get home!

I photographed his family pics and this spring I will photograph his senior photos. To say I am excited is an understatement! He is a natural infront of the camera who’s up for trying new things. However, he’s 6’6 so I might have to bring a step stool or something! 🤣

I had a handful of sessions this weekend needing to reschedule because of the rain. I’ve been trying to get as caught up on editing before next week where I will be photographing everyday of the week. Which is incredible! This is the session I am currently working on and WOW… it’s sooo beautiful!!!

This evening I photographed the most beautiful bridal session in the most gorgeous location! My couple was gorgeous and so in love! I enjoyed photographing them so very much and can’t wait for their wedding next month!! Until I have some to post, enjoy this image from a fabulous luxury content session I was able to attend.

Life is funny sometimes. It has a way of changing, just when we don’t want it to. Perspective can be tricky because it can be looked at by so many different angles. And sometimes, it’s hard to know which is the best perspective. I don’t know that I believe there IS only one right one. But I do believe in angels watching over us and I do believe in miracles. And I do believe we all could use a little of both right about now.

This summer has been one of the fastest summers. I can’t believe my boys start school is less then a month. 🥴 With summer starting to wind down a bit, it’s time to start thinking about fall family sessions. September and October ALWAYS book FAST!! I have adored this family since I met them years ago. When we first became friends they only had their oldest and he was a little toddler. Sarah was pregnant with their second. It’s unreal how fast their kids have grown and changed. I love being around these people and feeling their kindness and goodness.
