Kalapaki Joe's and Poipu Beach Resort Associaton Music Fest and Fireworks Celebration

Kalapaki Joe’s in partnership with Poipu Beach Resort Association are hosting the New Year’s Eve celebration on December 31, 2012 at Poipu Beach Park. The event, which is complimentary and open to the public begins at 5:00 pm with live local music, food booths and a keiki tent and culminates with a spectacular fireworks show at 9:15 pm. uding Anuehea, Revival, Papa'a Bay Boys and Dustin Thomas. The Keiki Tent, sponsored by the Boys and Girls Club of Kauai, is located next to the beach playground and features Hawaiian games and much more. The tent is complimentary to the public, but donations to the club are highly recommended. Food Booths are set up around the main county pavilion at Poipu Beach Park and will highlight local fare for families from members of the Poipu Beach Resort Association. The fireworks show is hosted by Poipu Beach Resort Association and is a long-standing New Year’s Eve tradition in Poipu. Supported by numerous sponsors from the Southside community, the spectacular aerial display is a great way to finish the evening’s activities.
