Have you checked the expiration date on your passport?
Passports must be valid for 6 months after the date of travel. Now is the perfect time to check them and get them renewed if needed. ☀️

Activities/ things to keep in mind when booking:

The room block is blocked from the 13th-19th.

Last day to book is June 28th
August 15- Final payments are due
November 16- Rehearsal Dinner (bridal/grooms party & immediate family)
November 17- Wedding Day
November 18- Beach/Surf day for the girls & Golf day for the guys (tentative)

Nothing is obligatory. We’ll be happy to celebrate with you whether you’re there for one day or four 😊

Optional, but HIGHLY recommended.

Did you know? 🤔 Most health insurance policies do not cover medical expenses when you are out of the country.

Travel insurance helps protect your travel investment, your belongings and most importantly you, for those unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your trip.

Hi everyone! I wanted to take a second to introduce myself to those of you who do not know me – I’m Whitney. Like Avery, I am also a fellow West Texan. I am so excited Avery & Nelson chose me as their designated travel agent. My job is to make all of your lives easier so that your trip is a breeze. 🏝️
