7 days until Christmas?? How is that even possible?! Have your kids seen Santa yet? Our family has visited him THREE times already (because clearly, we can’t get enough) and we’re planning to squeeze in two more visits next week!

There’s just something so magical about the kids lighting up when they see Santa—it’s like Christmas magic comes alive right in front of you. Watching them believe so wholeheartedly reminds me how special this season is. So tell me, which Santa stops are your favorite? We might just add another one to our list! 🎅✨

This year, I had the incredible opportunity to join as one of the events coordinators for Nellis and Creech Air Force Base. Deployed Love is all about supporting families of deployed service members and helping them find moments of joy and normalcy during challenging times, and I’m so honored to be a part of it.

Last weekend, we hosted the Meet Santa event, and let me tell you—it was pure holiday magic! We had nearly 40 families come out to make crafts, enjoy sweet treats, sip hot cocoa, and, of course, take photos with Santa. Seeing the kids’ faces light up and watching families come together made this event truly unforgettable!!

For me, this is about so much more than planning events—it’s about supporting military families who give so much and creating those little moments of joy that mean everything. I’m so proud to be part of this amazing community and can’t wait to make more magic next year! ✨🎅🎄

As an event stylist and planner, I’ve learned that it’s the small, consistent actions that make all the difference. Showing up, staying organized, building solid relationships with vendors and other businesses, and putting heart into every detail—those habits are what turn ideas into unforgettable events.

There have been moments when last-minute changes or unexpected challenges could’ve thrown everything off, but because I stayed consistent with my planning and communication, it always worked out beautifully.

Last Thursday, while most of America celebrated Thanksgiving, we celebrated something even more special—our Orson Bear! Happiest 7th Birthday to our first baby and Thanksgiving blessing! 🧡

I still remember the day you were born like it was yesterday—me, a first-time mom in a foreign country, terrified of everything. But somehow, we figured it out together. And now here you are, seven years old, blowing me away every day with your love for reading, math (who even likes numbers this much?!), and rock music. Watching you headbang to our favorite songs? Parenting win! 🎸

More than anything, I’m proud of the amazing big brother you are. You’re so patient, protective and sweet, and the way you take care of your little sister melts my heart. I see you teaching her things, from animals to ABCs, playing with her, and even stepping up to help when I’m struggling—and sometimes, I think you’re better at it than me! 😅

It hasn’t always been easy, and I know I’ve had my moments, but I’m always trying my best for you and your sister. You’re the reason I get to celebrate being a mom, and I couldn’t have asked for a better kid to make me one. Love you to the moon and back, Orson. Happy Birthday, my baby bear! 🐻

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!! 🦃🍂 Today, I’m reflecting on all the things I’m grateful for, and my heart is so full. Here’s what’s making my gratitude list this year:

1️⃣ My husband —my ultimate partner in crime. Thank you for being so supportive and never questioning my hectic schedule, especially on those busy weekends. 💕

2️⃣ My two amazing kids. You’ve been so patient through all the errands and meetings I drag you to, and I’m so proud of how you understand that mama works on weekends. 🥹

3️⃣ The incredible opportunities I’ve had this year. From work projects to volunteering with some amazing organizations, it’s been such a fulfilling ride. 🙌

4️⃣ My fellow small business owners that I have met, been friends with and worked with—you inspire me every day! Thank you for being so amazing to work with and for always cheering each other on. 💪🎉

Today, on Veterans Day, I want to express my deepest gratitude to all who have served, continue to serve and sacrificed for our country. I am constantly inspired by the strength, dedication, and resilience that veterans bring to both the military and our communities.

Just last weekend, I had the honor of joining for their Paws and Patriots event, a fundraiser dedicated to supporting our veterans in meaningful ways. The event focused on two powerful missions:

1. Assisting in creating 50 kickstart meal kits, each providing a week’s worth of breakfast, lunch, and dinner for veterans transitioning into independent housing.
2. Raising funds for to rescue three dogs from kill shelters, with the goal of training them as service companions for veterans.

This event was a beautiful way to give back, and I’m truly grateful to have been a part of it. ❤️🤍💙

To all our veterans, thank you for your courage, your sacrifice, and the lasting impact you make in our lives. Your dedication inspires us every day, and we are endlessly grateful for the freedoms you’ve helped secure and the strength you bring to our communities. 🇺🇸🪖
