Living in Japan and Hawaii made it a little tricky, but now that we’re on the U.S. mainland for the first time, we’re so excited to plan our first (and future) camping adventures!

Ah, the first Monday of the year! It’s like the New Year’s resolution of weekdays—full of optimism, a little intimidating, but ultimately just begging for a coffee boost.

There’s something about “firsts” that feels so significant. The first step on a new journey, the first time you get a crazy balloon design just right, or even the first Monday where you’re trying to convince yourself that THIS is the year you’ll stick to all those resolutions. Firsts remind us that fresh starts are possible, that the year ahead is a blank canvas just waiting for our masterpiece—or at least some colorful balloon creations!

I’m excited for all the “firsts” this year will bring—new clients, new events, and those “first” moments when a client sees their setup and their jaw drops. I’m dreaming up new designs, brainstorming fun ways to make celebrations even more memorable, and looking forward to connecting with even more amazing people who trust me to bring their vision to life. This year, it’s all about bigger, better, and even more creative magic!

7 days until Christmas?? How is that even possible?! Have your kids seen Santa yet? Our family has visited him THREE times already (because clearly, we can’t get enough) and we’re planning to squeeze in two more visits next week!

This year, I had the incredible opportunity to join as one of the events coordinators for Nellis and Creech Air Force Base. Deployed Love is all about supporting families of deployed service members and helping them find moments of joy and normalcy during challenging times, and I’m so honored to be a part of it.

Last weekend, we hosted the Meet Santa event, and let me tell you—it was pure holiday magic! We had nearly 40 families come out to make crafts, enjoy sweet treats, sip hot cocoa, and, of course, take photos with Santa. Seeing the kids’ faces light up and watching families come together made this event truly unforgettable!!

For me, this is about so much more than planning events—it’s about supporting military families who give so much and creating those little moments of joy that mean everything. I’m so proud to be part of this amazing community and can’t wait to make more magic next year! ✨🎅🎄

Last Thursday, while most of America celebrated Thanksgiving, we celebrated something even more special—our Orson Bear! Happiest 7th Birthday to our first baby and Thanksgiving blessing! 🧡

I still remember the day you were born like it was yesterday—me, a first-time mom in a foreign country, terrified of everything. But somehow, we figured it out together. And now here you are, seven years old, blowing me away every day with your love for reading, math (who even likes numbers this much?!), and rock music. Watching you headbang to our favorite songs? Parenting win! 🎸

More than anything, I’m proud of the amazing big brother you are. You’re so patient, protective and sweet, and the way you take care of your little sister melts my heart. I see you teaching her things, from animals to ABCs, playing with her, and even stepping up to help when I’m struggling—and sometimes, I think you’re better at it than me! 😅

It hasn’t always been easy, and I know I’ve had my moments, but I’m always trying my best for you and your sister. You’re the reason I get to celebrate being a mom, and I couldn’t have asked for a better kid to make me one. Love you to the moon and back, Orson. Happy Birthday, my baby bear! 🐻

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!! 🦃🍂 Today, I’m reflecting on all the things I’m grateful for, and my heart is so full. Here’s what’s making my gratitude list this year:

1️⃣ My husband —my ultimate partner in crime. Thank you for being so supportive and never questioning my hectic schedule, especially on those busy weekends. 💕

2️⃣ My two amazing kids. You’ve been so patient through all the errands and meetings I drag you to, and I’m so proud of how you understand that mama works on weekends. 🥹

3️⃣ The incredible opportunities I’ve had this year. From work projects to volunteering with some amazing organizations, it’s been such a fulfilling ride. 🙌
