"What is Halloween Noir?"

So glad you asked.
It is a Magic, Performance Art, Music and Burlesque variety show... with an elegantly spooky twist.

We have Surgery's gone wrong, and Abductions gone right. Predilection's to make you question yourself and beautiful creatures to give you answers about yourself you may not have known. We have righted wrongs in Fairytales and brought life to childish games.

As for everything else... you'll just have to come and see. 😘🖤👻

We have been grinding away at establishing the Art Academy of Milton space for shows and events!

With Punk Rock Prom & Our first show fondly in our memories... let's take a look back at the preparation of the new space for art and music in Central PA!

Steve Gibson (owner and artist of AAOM) and our own Travis spent a day working on our Stage and making it safe for performers!

(We promise no humans were squished in the process of this installation. Plus they didn't have red shoes on so that would've been a waste.)

I went into this adventure realistically with 3 goals.
1. Rebuild/resurrect a music scene in true Central PA. The same scene that at 10/11 years old captured my passion for what has become my entire life.
2. Create a steady and consistent space for bands to expand their platform and art to have a reasonable income that can be used for growth.
3. Harbor a safe, loving and accepting space for others to enjoy the art/music of people I've long admired and adored. One that I didn't have growing up so that no one would ever feel they didn't belong.

We have that. Because of these people, because of everyone from our first event and because of everyone who attended either event. Because of you.

There's only up from here. Next time someone says the local scene is dead, make sure they know they can't hate from outside the club ;).
