One of my favorite activities with a group on the topic of Self-Care is "What Do I See First?" ๐ธ๐ฑThis fun group was transparent and brave enough to share their immediate perceptions and feelings, reminding us that self-care begins with self-awareness. ๐ซ
We simply pulled out our phones, turned on the cameras, and discussed what we saw first. Flaws!!!
What we often reflect is our mindset and priorities. Some saw beauty in small details, reminding us to appreciate the present. Others noticed work-related items, highlighting the need for balance.
This exercise taught us that self-care starts with self-awareness. ๐๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ

๐๐ฝ The greatest feeling in the world as a school owner and principal is a blessing when you can freely speak about Jesus and pray in school. I am grateful for the sense of community and love we experienced at Teacher's PETS Virtual Academy's Agape Feast last week. The students prayed on the hour for the entire week from 9 am - 2 pm. From the delicious food to the warm atmosphere, it was a reminder of God's love and how much we can support and uplift one another.

Hi there! I am Tess, and I am the CEO and owner of my event planning/management firm, Exclusively By Tess. I specialize in full event and party planning services.
