How much are your important memories worth? We at Light and Day Photography don’t charge what most photographers charge to take pictures of your events or family. We offer affordable portrait and event photography with quality and professionalism in mind. We back up your memories, even if you lose them.
We do full day weddings for 1800 dollars, using two photographers to capture your day. We travel to Kansas City and the metro area to take care of our clients and spend the day capturing your special memories. We guide you through the process, if need be.
Even with years of experience shooting weddings, we have kept our prices down this year to help you out, so you can afford to have your day recorded and saved.

I hear many people who complain about their photos taken by bad photographers. These are your memories! Why take a chance with someone who doesn’t know how to give you the best? The most important part of your wedding, besides each other, is your memories.
We make sure you get the best of your memories and at an affordable price. Using two photographers, for a full day of shooting, from the time you are getting ready until the last dance. We have you covered.
We carry backup equipment for those expected moments. We also back up your images from the time of shooting to the editing and beyond.
Our prices are reasonable. We only charge 1800 dollars for our weddings. This can be compared to over 3000 dollars for half the work.

We care tremendously about your memories. We use toaster drive4 in our cameras as to be sure we don’t lose any of your precious moments. For those of you who don’t know what that is, its two separate card drives to make sure that if one card fails, the other won’t. We also back up everything on a server, plus we put all of your edited images on our website, which is another way of backing up everything. We don’t want to lose a thing. This is your day!
We also use two photographers to get different perspectives, plus another way of making sure we get everything we can. We bring extra cameras, batteries, memory cards, etc.
You get a USB flash drive with all of your memories and a release to allow you to get your prints wherever you want.
For all of this we only charge 1800 dollars. And that is cheap for peace of mind. I have over 15 years of wedding photography experience. I went under the name MJTodd Photography while I lived in Kansas City. Now we are Light and Day Photography.

Light and Day Photography. I’ve been giving this New Year some deep thought. I know that times are tough. We all feel it. I was offering a sale to those who signed up with me through the Holidays. I’ve decided to make my sale a permanent price for 2024. So, this year my price for all day weddings will be 1800. What do you get for that amount?
You get 2 photographers for the whole day. You also get 100s of edited full size images. We don’t water anything down. We shoot from the time we get to your destination until the end of the reception. You also get a release which allows you to get prints from anywhere you wish.
