Party Bags⬇️

Let’s be honest, the majority of the contents go in the bin and the parent you hand it to is secretly hoping it’s not filled with sugar. Here are some options that are sure to keep your little one (and you) happy and in times like these, cheaper = better.

Outfits ⬇️

Entertainment ⬇️

No one wants bored kids at a party. The more you have going on, the less work you will have to do and it may even allow you to catch up with that parent you’ve been meaning to.

Fancy Dress Rail- if your child is like mine, they go straight to the fancy dress. It’s a wonderful exercise of imagination and kids love the endless possibilities. You can hire these now or simply grab some items and hang them in a designated corner.

Arts and Crafts- messy but fun! Gives kids a sense of achievement and acts as a memento of the day. Transform them into royal fashion designers with this princess crown kit from for £13.99

Personalised colouring book- designed and made by me, keep the theme running with images of your choice. A5 and wire bound. £8 for a pack of 10.

Bouncy Castle - who doesn’t love a bouncy castle? It’s also a fab way to knackered them out. offer this gorgeous princess carriage for £135 for the day.

Princess character visits - this is where you can bring your child’s favourites in. Character visits are great and really do add that extra special touch for the birthday child. offer packages from £170-£210 depending on duration. Sounds steep but remember it includes singing/dance performances, interactive games, a crowing ceremony (cute) glitter tattoos and prizes.

Face Painting - after my daughter has found the most ridiculous outfit from the fancy dress rail she then tends to sniff out the face painting. has been paining my little girls face for years and she never fails to deliver. The Cake ⬇️

Yes it’s lovely to get a showstopper cake but let’s be honest, they all taste the same and make the same amount of mess once consumed 3.5 seconds after you cut it. And they can be so very expensive! Save money by buying a supermarket cake or some of these options below, it’s then all about how you adorn it. Cake toppers and even adding toys can really bring it to life.

The Table ⬇️

Yes, it might not get sat at and will most likely be ruined as soon as you place that bowl of crisps down but setting an inviting table lets your guests feel welcome as it tends to be the most popular meeting point at any party.

I’m not a big fan of character branding, you are limited to what you can do, I mean what happens if you can’t find that Cinderella bouncy castle? I like to provide simpler designs with a hint of their favourites so there’s room for flexibility.
