When you support a small business, you are helping someone with their dream.

My dream for Yellow Rose Events started over 10 years, and the name came about because yellow roses were my Grandma Nydam's favorite flower, and she was a truly inspirational lady.

My dream is to not only be a successful event coordinator in the Oneonta NY area, but to be affordable for this region and have those contacts with the other local businesses.

As guest lists are getting smaller it is allowing couples to utilize their budgets for more personalized items. When selecting your wedding vendors, it's so important that you are happy and comfortable with them. If you don't jive well when talking to your photographer but you love their style, maybe look for someone else. You photographer is going to be with you all day on your wedding and if you don't love them you're going to regret hiring them. Love you photographer and they'll love you back!
