Deliciousness, when in Knoxville

It's almost here! Give this post a read to see what we are up to.

Since purchasing the Donut Theory last year it has been our goal to bring delicious food that happens to be gluten free to more people.

We made a little traction in 2022, but if we are honest, there were logistical limitations.

Our first big step forward is
Opening our new food truck and updating our brand. Unlike our old truck, don't worry we still have it, this one we can cook on! Let us know what you think of our new logo, our little chicken guy needs a good name.

So, if all goes well 🤞🏻 we will start serving this week!


Chicken tenders, Mac & Cheese, donuts, and all the sauces you love. All gluten free.

We will post our menu and a calendar very soon. So keep an eye out for the first stops of the new bus.

If you're still here 👋 we would REALLY appreciate you sharing our brand with your friends. Making our little bus successful will help move us toward our big goal of opening a brick and mortar store later this year.

Oh, and even if you do not have to eat gluten free, we put our chciken tenders and Mac up against anyones. 😎 👨🏻‍🍳 ❤️ 🍩
