Today’s dish is a gluten free/vegan pho 🍜 with crispy tofu. I made this with on-hand ingredients because this was a lunch dish to absolutely love for! I wouldn’t classify this as celiac safe because the broth was not completely scratch made and while the broth package does not say it has wheat ingredients, it also doesn’t explicitly say “gluten free” (more research needed). This was so flavorful. 😋🙏🏾💕
