Purchase and sale agreement isn't even dry yet, but this house has been my in my heart since the minute I saw it advertised a year ago. It has a long way to go before we rent it out to company's for corporate meetings, to brides for weddings overlooking the olive groves and vineyards, to musicians serenading on the extensive terrace or to tourists picking olives and watching the press pour out liquid gold that is real olive oil. But as of right this minute, before my children have even set foot on the land, I can see my whole life here. Life that is full of family, friends and food, just as an Italian villa should be. Welcome to Casa del mio cuore, my heart's home.
