Wang Dang Doodle Catering & Events offers high-quality, slow cooked, all-natural hardwood smoked meats. We can smoke anything from ribs to brisket to a whole hog in our Lang 84 Deluxe smoker. Our huge char-griller is also excellent for cooking high-temperature foods like steaks or seafood.
