I'm starting to see what my boy Carlos Cinta is talking about......but, I'mma take it one step further - Latin dance folk who dislike merengue can't move their middle piece independently of turn patterns/styling.

I had a lot of fun spinning at the SOS party tonight at Alley Cat. It's a nice little spot with the possibility for growth. I parked right out front. DANCERS, if you want somewhere to go that focuses on the hardcore dancer on a Friday night - then I highly recommend gathering some friends and heading towards the Friendship Heights Metro stop. My buddy Larry Brownlee took a break from opera, tennis, and pickle ball to cut some rug with us. My main chic Sheila McNeil dropped in for a little surprise visit and ultra salsa lover Claudio Roman also squeezed in to sing along to some of the songs. Nice to see you Mathina Calliope and Keva Price. I'm sure I'm forgetting some other folks. Y'all know I'm old and senile. Shawn Mambosito Simmons, Earl Rush, y'all may have found a little diamond in the rough for folks to unwind on a Friday night. Thanks for having me. Hasta la proxima.
