A wedding to be remembered for sure!
💐Friday- private dinner of chicken parm with a goat cheese, pear, candied pecan salad.
🌼Friday- welcome dinner taco bar
🌹Saturday morning- breakfast buffet, fruit, eggs, oatmeal bake, avocado toast and full coffee bar
🌺Saturday afternoon- cocktail hour, bacon wrapped dates stuffed with goat cheese, cream cheese/pepper jack cheese stuffed jalapeños, fruit and veggie display
🌸Saturday evening- pulled pork, bbq chicken, jackfruit, roasted veggies, roasted potatoes, coleslaw, and rolls.

There is no way I could have pulled this off without my amazing team! They worked so incredibly hard!

Thank you to Brent and Whitney for the use of the venue and overall making things run smoothly!

I can’t believe I didn’t get one picture from last nights event! So to make up for it I’m making more fried chicken and sharing that 😜

Last night on the menu was fruit display, fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, coleslaw, and biscuits!

Thank you to Sarah and Ericca for working so hard in the crazy cold conditions to make this happen!!

Such a fun night! My team really knows how to work hard!! We created this beautiful grazing table that was the talk of the night!! We also did lots of grab and go appetizers: mac n cheese shooters, mini beef sliders, potato bake shooters, shrimp cocktail, and desserts!

30th Anniversary for DP Guardian! Lots of delicious appetizers offered tonight: sweet bbq meatballs, prosciutto wrapped mozzarella, shrimp cocktail, caprese skewers, fruit veggie cheese display combined with a grazing table! Homemade desserts: pecan cheesecake cookies, double chocolate chip cookies, frownies, brownies, and goody bars!

Another wonderful evening for a wedding! The views were gorgeous! On the menu: fruit, veggie cheese display. Dinner: street tacos with steak, pork, and beyond beef crumbles, with chips and salsas and guacamole!

Beautiful day for a wedding! Things happened so fast so sadly I only got the aftermath of the buffet table! When you hire Carrie’s Catering you don’t just get to fill your plate once!! You will always leave very full!

Cocktail hour: fruit, veggie, cheese display
Dinner: 2 meat bbq! Pulled pork and bbq chicken, potato bake, Mac n cheese, garden salad and rolls!
Drinks: water, lemonade, pineapple mocktail, coffee and hot tea 🙂
