As a wedding and event day of coordinator for all Los Angeles and Orange County areas, I will share your vision of making your day perfect. Chic Day of Coordination Package $800
Beginning the month leading up to your wedding/event, I will:
---Initiate phone and email communication to confirm timelines, venues and vendor contracts
---Completely review all vendor details. Once you've given clear i
nstructions, communication with vendors will begin to go through me and you will be contacted only if needed
---Coordinate an informal walk-through of ceremony and reception with bride, groom and family members the week before the event
---Be the point of contact for the bride, groom, family members, bridal party members, venue and vendor for all duties and timeline coordination
On the wedding day, I will ensure the timeline is running smoothly from beginning to end, and will:
---coordinate all venue and vendor setups (florist, photographer, officiant, videographer, deejay etc.) for the ceremony and reception and any additional decor, such as the candy buffet or photo booth
---pay all balances to venue and vendors, including tips at the end of the event
---coordinate ceremony and reception order of events
---Be the point of contact for guests that need assistance, and any answer/troubleshoot any concerns from bridal party members and vendors
---Assist with coordination and cleanup after the event
Elegant Day of Coordination Package $1000
This includes the Chic Package above, along with:
---Phone and email communication 3 months prior to your wedding date to assist in additional details such as floor planning, seating chart, creating timelines and scouting last minute vendors that still need booking
---Providing advice for forms of etiquette depending on the type of event
---Formal Ceremony Rehearsal and assistance with Rehearsal Dinner details if applicable
Timeless Day of Coordination Package $1500
This includes the Elegant Package above, along with:
---An additional month of planning (4 months in advance total)
---Custom made decor according to your preferences, for miscellaneous items including but not limited to: Mr. signs for bride and groom chairs, the money box, table lanterns, homemade photobooth props, candy buffet decor, guest book and cake table decor, tissue pomanders, etc. Also, using MyPublisher, I will arrange your engagement photos or other photos you choose into a hardcover guestbook to be used at the wedding, for an additional $100 (please fund the cost of the book)
