Let’s talk about balloons in this HOT 🥵 WEATHER!!! It was 100 degrees along the river the day we did this lovely heart!
When we began our vision for this business, quality and luxury became a priority for us. We spent several months learning about different types of balloon brands. We still have so much to learn, but so far we have found three brands of balloons that have proven to stand up to the test! We were told by other professionals in the industry that these three brands would hold up in these extreme temperatures, and so far it has been true! Our balloons will last up to a month indoors, also!

Hello Pawsh Family!! A little loving update about ⏰️Grooming Times, 📆Booking Appointments, and 👥Our Staff. Please take a moment to read below!!🐾 (CLOSED on Mondays.)

Currently Pawsh Pets typically only has two employees on staff at a time, versus our previous 3-4. Brittany and I are in the salon Tues-Fri and Cassidy is on maternity leave, but is still handling facebook messages, texts, and calls for booking.

⏰️Grooming Times: Without another set of hands, Brittany and I are doing each step of the grooming process ourselves instead of being dedicated to just the clippers. This means our ️grooming times are extended currently as we have had to change the step-by-step process. We currently ask for a
minimum of 3-4 hours for a haircut, and longer if you have larger breeds or multiple dogs in one appointment. A bath/deshed appointment may take at least 2-3 hours. PLEASE be patient with us. We understand these times may seem excessive to you, but we are trying our absolute best to accommodate all of our loyal clients daily and take care of a few local humane society (HSOV) dogs a week. We love all of our clients and we appreciate your patience with us!
📆Booking Appointments: You can book appointments through Cassidy by messaging our page or by calling or texting 740-516-9874. Currently we are booking out several weeks. If you are an existing client, please expect a 2-3 week wait for an appointment when you call or text. For NEW clients, please expect a 4-6 week wait depending on condition of the pet. We encourage you to pre-book your appointment as soon as possible!! We receive dozens of texts, calls, and messages a day. PLEASE be patient while Cassidy returns all inquiries! We are VERY busy! We ask that if you need special accommodations for your pet that you discuss this during booking and provide as much info as possible. We understand certain clients/pets may require certain accommodations and as always we are happy to meet these to the best of our ability.
👥 Our Staff: Brittany has been an absolute trooper by my side through these crazy months. We are trying our best to provide the best service possible for our clients, but it truly does take patience on your end to help us get through the day. Although we 100% understanding checking on your fur baby or requesting an update during the grooming process, we ask that you do so politley! Please call or text for an update before showing up to the salon. An unexpected disruption can make completing groomings difficult for certain pets. We have been working long hours and hard days and we really are trying our best. We promise we would not try to keep your dog longer than we have to for no reason! Our Staff loves each one of your pets like family and when they are not on the table or in the tub, they are laying on a blanket with a fan to finish drying, to decompress, and to allow us to prepare for the next step. We want to thank Joellen, who graciously gives what little spare time she has from her salon The Groom Room to our salon to help get our fur babies squeaky clean and prepped for their grooms. A big shoutout as well to the handsome young man you may see in the mornings; Collin is an absolute natural with the pets and even handles difficult and special needs clients with ease. Dyrk also volunteers much of his time to help us out when we're un a bind, to help transport dogs, and to always make sure we are fed. He also takes care of our personal pets, foster pets, and our home. We're grateful that we have extra hands here and there. Thank you for reading if you've made it this far.
