We cater at many Medieval Festivals & other events with our local Wild Boar, Venison & Rabbit. We also do location catering at Camber Sands for photo-shoots.
Oscar's Kitchen and Oscar's Adventures are really looking forward to this wonderful local show this weekend.

Nomad is for sale through no fault of her own, it's been a blast but my circumstances have changed and I can only manage one of our catering units.
So this beautiful converted vintage horsebox is now for sale. She was professionally converted late 2022 and is a turn key business for anyone wanting to run a coffee business from a horsebox.
She's kitted out with a duel fuel espresso machine from the lovely people at .uk
*** there is a third copper pipe currently capped off that comes up just under the back counter for anyone wanting to ad another lpg appliance such as a griddle ****
Too much to list on here so please DM me any queries and I can let you know everything that's included. She's just had a new gas safety certificate and I hold a 5* hygiene rating.

What a few weeks we've just had with Nomad and Oscar's Kitchen, three events back to back with the last two festivals being six days each with set up/ travelling/ breakdown. ..... all three were fantastic and all the organisers were a joy to work with, huge thanks to Roger Harrington of Bison Bushcraft for inviting us and for all your help ...and your fantastic crew !
Too busy making coffee for the good people at and to take many photos but this was a very happy returning customer and before the public descended.

Rural Past Times in this weekend at Horns Cross (between Broad Oak and Northiam).
The weather is looking great, we have our biggest exhibitor entrants EVER and we had lots for the kids to do and see!

Some of you will know that for about 10 years (except lockdown) I've signed up for a charity trek , from my very first one walking from the lowest point on Earth, the Dead Sea to Petra to the heady heights of Everest Base Camp.
I'm returning to my favourite place on Earth, the mighty Himalaya in October raising funds for the extraordinary charity Animals Asia with a little walk up a mountain in the Annapurna in Nepal.
It is the charities 25th anniversary this year and there is a huge push to finish their second sanctuary in Vietnam, so the 300 bears still trapped on bile farms can live out their days being cared for by this,wonderful charity.
At all our August events we will have a "moon bear special" ... in our sister catering concession, our lovely converted vintage horsebox called Nomad .... we're thinking maybe a Biscoff Latte with all the monies going to Animals Asia via my JustGiving fundraising page

What an incredible weekend full of friends and the most incredible team, who worked like troopers in sunshine, thunder storms, monsoon like rains , water features inside the gazebos and all with great humour. I'm not sure I've ever laughed so much ....
Huge thanks to Maggie O Leary and Bill for their incredible hospitality, Mikey Jay and Christoff for letting us use their freezer and being such lovely neighbours, Simon Smale for just being the best 👌 Pat Patrick and Joe Davey for your donations to my Animals Asia fundraising. Alex Greenland and Cliff Davis for their company on Saturday evening when 8 of us tried to find somewhere dry to sit ! Barry Patterson for being green 💚 and fabulous, Colin German and Diane German for organising the best event we do. If anyone is coming along to the Medfest this weekend, we have teamed up with the Abbey guides to provide a “special” battle inspired tour of the Abbey featuring the Abbeys involvement in the day and the burials within. The Abbey has given special permission to include the Sacristy Door in the tour allegedly covered in armour taken from the field, complete with arrow holes.
