Ohhhhhh.... the stages of life in the floral industry... I started about 49 years ago with weddings. It led me through many years coordinating events and decorating the venues with many different varieties of flowers. During that time, I was also very active with the youth in the various churches in the towns I moved through... coming to rest in Ada. Somehow I added a new season, managing meals on wheels and moving from youth into adults and from Youth Ministry into Care & Adult Ministry. Along that road, I phased from large events and weddings into celebrating lives as their earthly journey brought people home. I'm still here for every day floral, but I have a true passion for serving families in their time of grief, and celebrating the lives of their loved ones. It's been a very busy season the last few years and getting to the posting hasn't been as current as it should be. Here's a few I enjoyed.
