The friendship that spawned from CWP members sharing chicken wings after first meeting one another one night has resulted in the production of the Crawfish and Brews event for four years here in Houston. From the backyard to the brewery. What originated in the backwoods of Louisiana as a spring tradition celebrating the crawfish season has transformed into a bash the entire city of Houston is invited to. Crawfish and Brews is the perfect pairing—nothing compliments these affectionately named “mudbugs” like an ice cold beer. Ça c’est bon! The Boil promotes authentic cooked crawfish with the addition of great music and great company. Crawfish and Brews wants to make sure you enjoy the spring weather like a true Cajun. One of the originators of this backyard-to-brewery event shares his thoughts…
