They took care of everything, setting up the tables, the sushi train, providing paper plates, chopsticks, condiments etc. The sushi was delicious, and everyone loved it! It was so much fun seeing the sushi moving around on the plates, and there was a good variety too. They were also open to special requests if you had them. What an awesome experience, and I would highly recommend!"
