Learn a lil’ something! We prepared a beautiful whole filet of Atlantic Salmon with an Extra Virgin Olive Oil Dijon Mustard Spread enhanced with Brined Capers and Fresh Dill. Salmon comes from both the East and West Coasts of North America with each coast providing a season of availability among the different species. This is a great source of protein and healthy fats like those heart healthy Omega-3 oils. This looks like a lot of dill, but when dill is heated during cooking it tends to lose its fragrance and isn’t too potent for the dish.
