Danielle requested her bridal bouquet be white calla lilies. Her mother carried a bouquet of white calla lilies on her wedding day, and you KNOW I am ALL about the sentimental traditions in life. Side note- Danielle’s mother’s name is Dorothy. If you know my story, the Dot in Thistle & Dot is in honor of my grandma Dorothy. Cue all the emotions from yours truly at this gorgeous brunch wedding in Danielle’s hometown. ❤️❤️❤️

When Anna asks me to design florals for a styled shoot… the answer is always a YES!!! Styled shoots are so much fun- and my favorite part will always be the connections. Whether it is reconnecting with my favorite wedding industry friends or meeting new ones, I cherish these people. The wedding industry is chock full of talent and passion and creativity, and I am just so blessed to be a small part of it all.
