We’ve been having conversations like this lately with some of our sweet couples — what we mean?

It can be so so EASY to stress about what we DON’T have when it comes to our wedding day backdrop. Don’t get us wrong, we love all of the unique little details that make your wedding day beautiful, but if it’s just not something you’re passionate about — it’s OKAY to let some ideas fall behind (aka if it’s not a heck yes, it’s a heck no).

Our best advice is to hire an experienced coordinator who can help guide you to what will actually be missed — and we’d love that to be us 💁‍♀️

It’s not every day we get to work among the mountains, as most of our weddings happen in Dallas/Fort Worth. Last October, we had the honor of coordinating Megan & Grayson’s wedding at The Emerson Venue just outside of Dallas. As the ceremony was about to begin, a guest pulled us aside. She had been watching us throughout the day, noticing how we navigated the usual wedding day details and the way we looked after her son, who led the prayer. She asked if we traveled, sharing that her daughter was planning a wedding in Colorado for August 2024. Fast forward to this summer, and we found ourselves in the charming town of Georgetown, Colorado, surrounded by breathtaking views and helping to bring her daughter’s day to life. It was truly one of those unforgettable experiences that remind us of the beauty in what we do, in every little detail and not limited to a single location. This wedding holds a special place in our hearts, not just because of the stunning scenery, but because of the serendipity that brought us there. It’s a reminder to all wedding vendors — people are noticing, even in the moments you think no one is.
