On Saturday, October 21st, I had the great honor and privilege to photograph the wedding of our wonderful friends, Cheryl Raposa and Nick Arevalo at The Lasker Inn B&B and Wedding & Event Venue, a beautiful venue in Galveston. Nick has been a long time friend of ours and when he met Cheryl, we knew that he had finally found the right woman for him. We love her, almost as much as he does...and we couldn't be happier for them both!!!
Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. Arevalo!!!
I put together this "sneak peek" of their beautiful wedding and I hope you enjoy it as much as they did.

Reagan & Patrick's Wedding... A Sneak Peek
Recently, I had the honor and privilege of photographing the wedding of an adorable couple, Reagan and Patrick Rinker at the beautiful Queen Of Hearts Catholic Church in Dickinson Texas. Reagan is the daughter of my very good friend and fellow photographer, Katie O'Neill of Friendswood.
When I first walked into the church, I was taken back to my childhood when I attended St. Mary's Catholic Church in Texas City. The front foyer was almost identical and the familiar smells of days gone by activated all of my sensors as I walked in. It was very nostalgic for me.
The nuptial mass ceremony that was performed by Father Purdy was beautiful. The bride wore a gorgeous gown, along with a beautiful tiara and veil. The groom was all decked out in a long tail tux with a top hat and white gloves. The reception was just as wonderful.
Here is a Sneak Peek of Reagan and Patrick's special day!

Mary & John. . . A Sneak Peek
On November 13, 2021, Mary and John exchanged vows in the beautiful St. Mary's Catholic Basilica in Galveston Texas. The wedding was steeped in tradition as the bride wore a beautiful Mexican veil called a Mantilla and the ceremony included the "Las Arras" which are 13 coins that the groom presents to his bride as a gift which signifies his commitment to supporting the bride and then there was "El Lazo" which is a unity ceremony to join the couple after the vows are exchanged to signify their status as one in eyes of the Lord. After the ceremony, it was "TerminiTime" at the reception which was held in the K.C. Hall just around the corner from the church. The venue was beautifully decorated with purple table covers along with purple bows on the chairs, silver chargers on the tables and large lighted marquis letters of the couples last name on the dance floor. The couple made their grand entrance and immediately went into their first dance as a dreamy cloud of fog enveloped them. It was a beautiful way to start their new life together as husband and wife.

Nicole & Colton...A Sneak Peek
NICOLE & COLTON...A SNEAK PEEK
On Thursday, May 20th, this precious couple finally said "I Do" after attempting to do so several times in 2020. Due to the pandemic, they encountered many obstacles and cancellations which ultimately led them to me. It was a beautiful, intimate wedding which included their closest family and friends. The wedding was held at the beautiful, historic 1870 Lasker Inn http://www.thelaskerinn.com in Galveston Texas. The reception included heavy hors d'oeuvres provided by The Lasker Inn chef including a variety of beverages, a champagne toast and a delicious wedding cake from Patty Cake Bakery in Galveston. http://www.pattycakesgalveston.com
I have put together this little "Sneak Peek" from their beautiful wedding day with just a few of my favorite images of the day. Enjoy!
