Picture this, beautifully set table with a bottle of fine wine, (perhaps a Cabernet or Sauvignon Blanc, White Zinfandel?). Envision floating candles, flowers, soft music playing, perhaps a little Al Green or Yo Yo Ma, and a romantic evening dinner…

Catered by your own personal “chef” preparing a luscious meal for you and your love on that most special day called “Valentines”…

You’ll experience savoring smells coming from the kitchen carried by aromatic breezes to your dining table. You are there with your love chatting, talking, laughing about only the things you two share in the moment while your personal waiter, (or monsieur, as in French), attends to your every culinary need. He is pouring the wine and serving hors-d’oeuvres as the chef is preparing broiled halibut with a broccoli risotto, parmesano reggiano cheese and a sauté of sliced red peppers & mushrooms in an herb olive oil with just a hint of butter for flavor.

Or he could be preparing for you a honey raspberry glazed rack of lamb served with cracked pepper & chives mash potatoes, sautéed fresh green beans with Mediterranean basil leaves and a light sprinkle of Himalayan salt. The possibilities are endless…

Another of my "Signature Salads". This is a Petite Canape' Sandwich Hors-doeuvre on multigrain & Italian bread rounds filled with Herb Chicken/Thyme, fresh chopped Chives, Herbs de Provence & blended in a fresh light mayonnaise. Topped w/Alfalfa Sprouts. Garnished w/Cherry Tomato & Sweet Gherkins.

"Introducing Georgia's Barbeque Sauce"..

Hello “Chez” Member Friends:

We‘re introducing “Georgia's Barbeque Sauce" our recipe dating back 70 years. Next year we will begin marketing this delicious barbeque sauce here locally and across states wide. Handed down through the family from my grandmother, Georgia Brittain to my mom Mary Lee (A’lee), and now to me carrying on the family tradition!

We’ll also be debuting our family recipe dessert of my mother. Mary Lee’s “Sweet Potato Pie” which is out of this world delicious! For those who may not know, what a sweet potato pie is. It’s made from sweet potatoes similar to pumpkin pie except, sweet potato pie has a deeper, more intense and luscious flavor.

Chez member friends we’ll keep you posted as to when and where to buy! We’ll be giving our “Chez” members a special discount on both products.

Hello Chez Members,

On August 25th, 2012, "Chez" was one of 7 caterers & vendors serving hors-d'oeuvres & appetizers at the "2012 Buffalo Museum of Science StarLights Wine Tasting Event". It was fun and all for a good cause.

The event featured some amazing wines "and" beers from vendors for guests to enjoy.

Fall is upon us and soon the season of good cheer will be here before you know it. Hello Chez Friends! ELQ Chez Ambiance Catering & Events would like to ask if you have a friend or family who you know is planning an event, wedding, birthday, family reunion, get-together or any party in need of a caterer. Logistics would cover all of Western, New York including Buffalo, North & South Buffalo, Grand Island, Niagara Falls and the... surrounding suburbs.

Please let me know by in-boxing me here on my Facebook profile page . For a party we book through “your” referral up to 75 guests attending …I will write you a check/Paypal or money order for $50. For any party booked over 75 people, ELQ Chez Ambiance Catering & Events writes a check for $100. This would include a drop-off catered event as well.
