A sneak peek into our day in the garden captured by Slowing down, making Flower Crowns, sharing beautiful food and stories, taking a mindfulness moment led by with friends and family under the trees and umbrellas!

We had the most beautiful Peony Roses from , Peonies from and Larkspur and Strawflowers from to create flower crowns, thank you sooo much!!

And coloured in our harvest table with her beautiful arrangements! What a treat!
