I've been busier this year and I thank everybody for it. I have taken September off for much needed home repairs and upkeep before winter hits. So, I'm sorry for having to turn people down. But I am back in the game October, November & December! I do have bookings, but I can still accommodate!

Very happy and successful weekend for all at this quad-graduation party!
The weather was perfect, and the food was flowing!
Many congrats to the four high school graduates and their families!
Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of the before, as it looked more pretty and plentiful. There were actually 9 trays of food but they thought they were out of the sausage, peppers & onions. Hah! I think not... ;-)

A very successful 10yr Anniversary lunch for Reverend Dr. Mark Summers at DCC!
In preparation, I precooked, flash froze and vacuum packed the chicken cutlets last week.
Here, Nicholas is holding one of the thawed packages.
The menu?
Featuriing a full charcuterie table, Garden salad with home made Ranch & Balsamic Vinagrette dressings, Beans & greens, Roasted vegetable trio, Chicken Piccata and Vodka Ziti.
